Larionne Mariah specializes in Social Media Management. Handling your brand’s social media and reach comes down to results. Larionne Mariah understands that too many people get tangled in the never-ending list of tasks and strategies that come along with the business. With her results-oriented social media management, she helps owners accelerate their business growth by optimizing their digital presence via smart solutions.

Can you tell us more about yourself and what you do?

I’d love to. I’m Larionne Mariah — a single momtrepreneur! I’m the owner of LorionneMariah, found at larionnemariah.com. We work to help small-medium sized businesses build and manage their brands. I also own and operate kendallwatches.co which is a luxury watch line for women.

How did you create the brand? What inspired you?

I created Larionne Mariah because I was tired of someone telling me what I was worth, while at the same time putting a limit on how much time I can spend with my daughter. The one thing that money can’t buy is time. Being chained to a 9–5 for forty plus years while begging for time with my daughter was no longer an attractive option to me.

How does your brand work?

Larionnemariah.com provides an array of options for small and medium-sized businesses. We provide social media management, website creation, ad account setups, and brand audits. Utilizing our services has put a lot of solopreneurs and businesses at ease because they just let us focus on growing their brand while they concentrate on what they love to do.

What challenges did you face while building your brand? What daily challenges do you face?

When I first created this brand, I worked for a marketing firm, but they were not doing a great job. The CEO insisted on something being wrong with the clients or the staff. That environment was a challenge because it was draining. It was hard to find the energy afterward to work on my brand, but I also learned what not to do as well. When speaking with my clients, I level with them and set the right expectations. They are pleased and happy with not only the results I provide to them. but great customer service. They feel special. I think that’s very important.

What’s your vision for your brand? How far do you want to take it? What’s your next level?

I hope to grow my brand into a larger team. Right now, I do the majority of the heavy lifting. I oversee everything that I don’t personally work on. At some point, I’d like to hire a team that provides the same quality of work so we’re able to grow and help more clients.

What message would you give to anybody who has a plan of creating something of their own and making a living through it?

It may sound cliché but don’t give up! There were a lot of days where I was ready to just throw in the towel and stick with the 9–5 route, but it wasn’t enjoyable for me. Loving what you do and knowing your worth should be motivation enough! Create a clear plan. Also, set personal milestones so you can stay on the right track. You’d be amazed at what you can accomplish within six months.
