Isabella Mastrodicasa: A Showcase in Talent Management and International Production
Isabella Mastrodicasa is a talent manager and producer in Hollywood, and her varied background and high ambitions led her to work with some of the top players in the industry. As a female immigrant, her path has been all but easy, but at the same time, this gave her the strength and determination to overcome the daily challenges of this difficult business.
Isabella was raised in a small Italian countryside town and left home to pursue her education, first earning a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in law in Milan and later studying film and entertainment at UCLA.
“I’m a dreamer at heart, a storytelling enthusiast,” she says. “I love to put my work and time at the service of those whose opinion I respect the most, and whose message I value the most, and this naturally leads me to work with creators that have unique perspectives.” Mastrodicasa admires the strength and tenacity of the women she represents and is motivated by the power of the content she helps come to life.
Succeeding in the entertainment industry “is a marathon, not a sprint,” Isabella says. “You need to put in intelligence, consistency, respect, and devotion in every step along the way.” Mastrodicasa’s work reflects that singular passion, and in the past four years at Heroes and Villains Entertainment, she has worked with incredible showrunners, directors, and digital content creators who work for TV networks, Studios, and digital platforms. “What I love most about my industry is the power of the art that Hollywood produces, as well as the dynamic pace and broad spectrum of voices & inclusivity that digital platforms and new media have.”
Isabella Mastrodicasa is determined to continue serving compelling storytelling and providing space for diverse and international voices. Isabella Mastrodicasa says no dream is too big to dream, and she means it. Her work heralds a new era in the entertainment industry, one of inclusivity, unyielding support, and passion that will surely transform the way stories are shared in the years to come.
